Oops... sorry, I forgot the camera!
Fortunately, many of us have a camera built right into our cell phone. Here's a checklist of 10 easy ways to improve your "on-the-fly" photography.
- Clean the lens.
- Use the highest resolution possible.
- Shoot outside in a well lighted area.
- Get closer to your subject.
- When composing your shot, follow the "Rule of Thirds." Then break it.
- When clicking the shutter, hold very, very still.
- Consider the artistic value of blurred images and other "mistakes."
- Experiment with lots and lots of shots.
- Use your computer to edit your images later.
- Share your photos.
